Tina was wonderful from the get-go! We'd looked at the property online and it hadn't really been on our radar, but walking in the front door we instantly knew it was home. Tina did a fantastic job in highlighting the gems (and flaws) of the property, so we felt like we had a really honest overview of what we were looking at and through. She was very patient, answered all our questions, and made us feel like all problems or issues could be resolved. Her bubbly and energetic nature made us truly excited about putting an offer in, and we couldn't have asked for more in the process that followed - great communication and happy to take us back through the property for further viewings before settlement.
